Kokako has been roasting coffee for over 17 years - their small team of industry professionals are dedicated to coffee, hospitality and sustainability.
They offer a depth of knowledge from the coffee farm right through to the coffee cup to ensure that we can provide you with consistent, quality coffee.
Thestrand has chosen to serve Aotea, which is a medium bodied, juicy blend with floral, fruity and earhty undertones. Sourced from Fairtrade Organic Cooperatives in Papua New Guinea, Honduras & Sumatra.
